Wee Babe currently ships within the 48 contiguous United States. Most orders are shipped via UPS, we also offer in-store pick-up. Depending on delivery requests many orders qualify for flat rate shipping and some are eligible for free shipping. Free or flat rate shipping is not applicable to oversized or overweight items that require freight shipping or for items for which we are required by the manufacturer to charge a shipping fee. If an item from Wee Babe is available the order should ship within 2-3 business days. If an item is not in stock we will update you on the status of your order and estimated ship time. Sales Tax applicable for sales to New Jersey and New York. Wee Babe does not ship to P.O. BOX address.  
 
 

 


 
Returns or exchanges may be made at the store or by shipping the item back to Wee Babe.

Regular priced, unused items in original packaging may be returned for a refund for up to 14 days.

A store credit will be issued for returns postmarked 14 to 30 days from the ship date.
Assembled or installed items cannot be returned.
Sale items cannot be returned.
All special ordered items cannot be returned.
Gift cards cannot be refunded.

For the safety of our clients we cannot accept returns on car seats, strollers, intimate apparel, swim suits, breast pumps, breastfeeding accessories or personal care (including toilet and bath) items unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. 
 
Returns in store:
Bring the order you wish to return to our store along with your receipt. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Returns by mail:

Email [email protected] indicating your order number, what you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please ship your return via UPS, FedEx, or the postal service and in the package include a copy of your receipt. Please allow 14 days for Wee Babe to receive and process any returns by mail and then allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Wee Babe is not responsible for lost returns, we suggest using a shipping service with tracking options. .

Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded.
 
All returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of Wee Babe.
